Returns Policy

We accept returns of non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unfilled and in their original condition.

Personalised items are made especially for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Items that have been filled with ashes or other keepsakes cannot be returned for a change of mind, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
